On Wednesday, the Police Public Relations Officer, Muyiwa Adejobi, responded to a user on X who said that the Nigeria Police Force intends to use Stella Nwadigo, a teacher, as a scape goat. Adejobi published his response on his official X account.
Following Muyiwa Adejobi’s announcement that Stella Nwadigo had been detained for the abuse of a three-year-old kid, the X user made the statement on the situation.
This is what Muyiwa Adejobi has to say:
Child Abuse: The teacher who physically tortured Abayomi Micheal, who was three years old and attended Christ-Mitots School in Ikorodu, has been arrested by the police. Stella Nwadigo, who is 45 years old, is the one who committed the abuse. It was shortly after the unlawful deed that she was taken into custody today, which is Wednesday, January 8th, 2025. There must be justice carried out.
The X user made the following statement after Muyiwa Adejobi made the announcement:
up
“Something wey dey happen normally for public school but una one use person as scape goat” .
As a response, the Officer in Charge of Public Relations responded by praising the individual who brought the incident to light. In order for the law to be able to carry out its duties, he said that everyone should constantly report acts of evil and criminality.
This is what Muyiwa Adejobi has to say:
Congratulations to the one who brought this to light. Even if it is a terrible conduct, many people do not disclose or expose atrocities. To allow the law to run its course, it is necessary for us to bring to light wrongdoings and illegal activities.
